Key West Nut House Policies

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase therefore you may return the gift in its original container for an exchange, refund or credit (Shipping charges are non-refundable).

Returns and exchange claims must be made via email within 2 days of the gift being received or delivered. Delivery will be determined by USPS tracking of packages. Returned gifts must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of the gift. Returns or refunds due to delivery failure by a requested delivery day are not allowed because we do not guarantee specific date of delivery. All claims must be submitted via email. Claims will not be accepted by phone.

Perishables: We apologize, we do not issue refunds on gourmet food products or perishable foods due to health and safety concerns.

Damaged or Lost:

We offer a replacement for any damage or defective gifts as long as the claim is placed within 48-hours of being received or delivered. All damaged claims must be reported by email to us at keysnuts@bellsouth.net. Claims will not be accepted by phone. Note: Replacements will only be issued for damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier.

Loss Claims:

Loss claims must be reported within 10 days from the order date. We will need to file a claim with the carrier. Most often our deliveries will have a confirmation. ?We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If a customer disposes of the gift and does not return the gift before we can verify any damages or discrepancy will will not issue a refund.

Substitutions: Because of the popularity of our gifts at times we may need to substitute items. Key West Nut House Corp. has the right to substitute products.

Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in our customer service and this includes not only the quality of our product but the speed of our service. Keeping this in mind we require that any cancellation be made within 12 hours of order confirmation.

All orders not canceled within 12 hours will be subject to a non-refundable handling fee and service charge equal to 25% of the total order. The 12 hours cancellation does not apply to any orders placed with same day shipping. In the case of orders with expedited shipping, cancellation must be made within 3 hours of order confirmation or be subject to the same service charge as outlined above. All canceled orders placed with a credit card that has already been processed will be subject to a $6.00 cancellation fee.

Chargebacks

Charges will apply for any chargeback fees and bank fees on behalf of our company if you should decide to reverse or challenge any charges made to your credit card if the chargeback outcome is made in our favor. Standard chargeback fee is normally $35. Bank fees may vary.

Incomplete Shipping Address: If an incomplete address is provided by customer in which a gift may not be shipped to recipient because it is lacking the correct shipping information The Key West Nut House Corp will attempt to obtain a complete shipping address from customer for the recipient to complete the order by contacting the customer via email or phone.

We regret no refund will be issued for incomplete addresses after order has been shipped to customer or by refusal of gift by customer after order has shipped due to customer not providing us with recipients complete shipping address.
